Software for hospitals, diagnostic centres and radiology · Bangladesh

Software that keeps working when the internet doesn't — and that you never have to look after.

We install it on a server inside your facility and operate it from ours. The counter keeps billing, the lab keeps reporting and the ward keeps admitting when the line drops; updates, backups and fixes arrive without anyone at the hospital touching a thing.

What we build

Four products. One rule: it has to work in a district hospital with no IT staff and a bad line.

Why on-site, run remotely

Cloud software dies with the line. On-site software from other vendors dies from neglect. We do the third thing.

Power and internet in Bangladesh are unreliable, and most facilities have nobody who can run a server. So we put the software where the line cannot take it down, and we keep the box alive from a central control plane — monitored, updated, backed up — so the hospital never has to.

That combination is the product. The features are the same as everyone else’s brochure; the difference is that the system is still running on Thursday afternoon when the fibre is cut.

Where we run

Eighty facilities, most of them diagnostic centres and combined hospital-and-diagnostic centres.

Concentrated in the Chattogram belt, with facilities in Sylhet, Sunamganj, Bhola, Cumilla and Dhaka. Ask us for a reference near you.

Who we are

Impose Tech (BD) Ltd builds the software and runs it.

A Bangladeshi health-tech company: field teams who visit the facility, a support desk that answers the phone, and the engineers who wrote the PACS and the DICOM router from scratch. We also supply and install the servers, networking, IP cameras and IP PBX systems a facility needs around the software.
